As we get asked this question about five times a week I thought it was only right that we publish a simple article explaining how to select draws using the 1x2monster website.

Any self respecting tipster can only expect to achieve around about 25% correct predictions on average as draws are very hard to predict. Because www.1x2monster.com predicts so many matches across so many leagues we have the luxury of being able to select the best performing leagues for draws. 1x2monster.com consistently predicts draws at a success rate approaching 40% for the best performing leagues in our weekly predictions. This fact should help you gain a higher average of successfull draw predictions if you know how to use the site properly.

The question we always get asked is: Can you provide me with (3,4,5 or more draws this week from the English and Scottish football pools).

This is a question we get all of the time from our loyal supporters who live in Nigeria. As far as I can tell this is because their betting seems to be restricted to the English and Scottish Leagues and is focussed on predicting draws. Footyforecast and our main tipping site www.1x2monster.com don’t offer this service directly although you can do this in several ways on the 1x2monster website.

Method 1:
————
Go to this URL: http://www.1x2monster.com/phpfpages/1x2tips_perf_…

then scroll down to the DRAWS section.

Find the highest of the English and Scottish leagues for draws. This week (24th Sep 2011)…
Look at Scotland Div one = 37% correct accross all methods.

Now go to the tips page for Scotland Div one:

Scroll down until you see the performance section and look for the best methods predicting draws. This week this is:

Footyforecast = 47% correct (hit rate)
Simple Sequence = 38% correct (hit rate)
Best = 43% correct (hit rate)

Now look at the tips for this week and see what these three methods are predicting:

Livingston v Partick Thistle shows all three methods predicting a draw.
Dundee v Hamilton also showing a draw.

Now use this technique to find more draws.

Method 2:
————
If you are a member you can go to this page:

http://www.1x2monster.com/phpmpages/topten.php

Here you can choose a method to get predictions for.

in the Tips Selection drop down choose: Draws UK

Select the number of games in that drop down.

Select Sort By, for example: Footyforecast.

Then click the Submit button.

This will show the best games for draws for the selected method, in this case Footyforecast.

eg.
For this week this shows the games at:
Brighton, Charlton, Norwich, Dundee and St Johnstone.

You can look at the H2H for each of these games to get more information on those games.

Hope this helps and best of luck with your selections this week and every week.

The one thing to remember is that draws are notoriously difficult to predict for any tipster or punter. Home wins and away wins are much easier to predict with a higher success rate. Keep trying week by week and you should improve your success rate.
